If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, all products, except for personalized items, may be exchanged or returned for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days after the delivery of the goods. We will not give refunds after this time period. Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization and a return authorization number (RA#). To return an item, please see Return Procedures below.
Personalized products:
Our personalized products are made to order and customized per your instructions. Please be sure that you have given us accurate information when ordering. Our personalized products are one of a kind creations and therefore, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, unless there was a mistake made by us, otherwise, all personalized sales are final. Order lead time:
We do not stock any of our items. All items are handcrafted to your specifications. Most orders ship from our studio within 2 - 3 days but orders can take up to 10 working days plus shipping time. If you need your order in a shorter time period, please call us and let us know.
Order Cancellations & changes:
If you would like to cancel of change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations or changes after this time period may result in delays with orders or refunds.
Shipping methods and charges:
We ship via UPS only. The prices charged on our web site are actual UPS prices without any markup. We ship from Los Angeles California. We cannot ship to a P.O. box address. UPS Ground, 3rd and 2nd day services are available. Choosing a faster shipping service only shortens the actual transit time and does not shorten production time which is usually 2 - 3 days but may take up to 10 business days. International Orders and Shipping:
Dillon Rogers has partnered with a trusted third-party company, "International Checkout", to fulfill all orders for our international customers. Simply add the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option at the time of checkout (located on the bottom of the shopping cart page). Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank wire transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
About our products:
Our products are made from the finest materials. Most of our leathers are very flexible and soft to the touch. Some of our leather products are manufactured to have a distressed, vintage look and feel. Variation in texture and color are normal for these types of leathers and add to their attractiveness. As with any quality leather product, exposure to water or harsh conditions can cause discoloration and is not recommended.
Warranty information:
All Dillon Rogers products, including personalized items, come with a 90 day limited warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found within 90 days after receipt of your goods, at our discretion, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. Return shipping in will be included. Return procedures below Note: Our products are made from fine quality leather and should be treated as so. Exposure to water, chemicals or extreme conditions may darken, discolor or cause some leathers to run. We will not warrantee this type of damage.
Return procedures:
To return an item, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Please contact us at 323-525-1964 or info@dillonrogers.com. Items should be returned in their original or similar packaging. Do not send items in small letter envelopes, the post office machinery cannot process these items and will remove their contents. We recommend that your insure your returns. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged. Make sure that you write you RA# on the outside of the package and included a note with your name, address, daytime phone number and a brief description regarding the return.
Privacy policy:
You have the option to sign up for our mailing list. This allows us to send you news of our latest products and discounts codes. You may discontinue this service at any time. Your personal information is always kept confidential. Dillon Rogers will never share customer information with any outside agency for any reason.
Availability and pricing:
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, Dillon Rogers will have the right to refuse, cancel or re-price any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. The purchaser would be informed by email or phone if this occurred. Dillon Rogers has has the right to limit the number of items purchased through our web site. Dillon Rogers has the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been processed and your credit card charged. In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, Dillon Rogers has the right to cancel the order or item that is not available. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order, or an item in your order is canceled, Dillon Rogers will issue the appropriate credit to your credit card account.
Cookies: Our shopping cart system uses what are called "cookies". This is a small file that is placed in your "cookie" folder on your your computer. This file keeps track of the contents of your shopping cart when placing an order with us. This file does not send us ANY information about you or your computer. If your are using any "cookie" or pop-up control software or have your browser set to a high security level, you may have to temporally disable these features for use with our web site.
Credit Card Security:
Our web site uses a secure server. Credit card information is only transmitted in a secure environment and is never sent via email.

We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.
Checks and COD’s are not accepted.
