If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all products, except
for personalized products ( See What a personalized product is below) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund of the purchase
price, less shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition with no
signs of wear. Returned items must be postmarked within 60 days
after the initial delivery of the of your order. We will not give refunds after this time

|Order lead time:
We do not stock any of our items. All items are handcrafted to your specifications, this
takes a little time. Most orders ship within 2
- 3 business days from receiving your order but orders can take up to 5 or more business
days plus the shipping
transit time. If you need your order in a shorter time period, please contact us
and let us know . We can usually accommodate you needs.
Our personalized products are made to order and customized to your specifications. Please
be sure that you have given us accurate information when ordering. Our personalized
products are one of a kind creations and therefore, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable,
all personalized sales are final. If we made a design error,
we will replace the item free of charge in a timely manner. If you realized that you made a design error, we can usually fix the problem for free or at a reduced price. If you would prefer to

|What is a "Personalized Product?
A personalized product is a product in which we added a custom name, message, design or more than 1 initial to the item. Products with single initials on them such as "single initial disc necklaces" or "single initial bracelets" are NOT considered personalized unless we used a custom font per the customers instructions.
|Order Cancellations & changes:
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within
24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations or changes after this time
period are acceptable but may result in delays with receiving your order or a
|Shipping methods and charges:
We ship via UPS and USPS (the post office). UPS provides us with excellent
service and the ability to accurately track your package. USPS (the post office)
also allows in-transit tracking. If you really need to know where your package is, we suggest UPS, if you want to save on shipping and are not too concerned about in-transit tracking, the the post office is a better choice. We ship from Los Angeles California, 90019. We cannot
ship via UPS to a P.O. box address, this must be done using USPS. UPS Ground, 3rd and 2nd day services are
available. Choosing a faster shipping service only shortens the actual transit
time and does not shorten production time which is usually
2 - 3 days but may take up to 5 days for our stamped disc jewelry. If you have special

All Dillon Rogers products are handcrafted in the U.S.A. we take pride
in having an "American made" product!
Our products are made from the finest materials. Most of our leathers are
very flexible and soft to the touch. Some of our leather products are manufactured
to have a distressed, vintage look and feel. Variation in texture and color
are normal for these types of leathers and add to their attractiveness.
As with any quality leather product, exposure to water or harsh conditions
can cause discoloration. All precious metal and natural stone products
such as gold, silver or diamonds are guaranteed to be as described
on our web site. Please treat your Dillon Rogers products with love and
care and they will last for many, many years!
All Dillon Rogers products, including personalized items, come with a 6 month
limited warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found within 6 month
after receipt of your goods, at our discretion, we will repair or replace
your item free of charge. Out of warranty items can usually be repaired
at little or no cost. To return an item, please see return procedures below.
Our products are made from fine quality leather and should be treated as
such. Exposure to water, chemicals or extreme conditions may darken, discolor
or cause some leathers to run. We will not warrantee these types of damages.
To return an item, you must first obtain a return authorization number (RA#)
from Dillon Rogers. Please contact us at 323-525-1964 or firstname.lastname@example.org For
refunds, returned items must be postmarked within 60 days after the delivery
of the goods. Returned items must be in their original condition with
no signs of wear.
Items should be returned in their
original or similar packaging. Do not send items in small letter envelopes,
the post office machinery cannot process these items and they will remove
and discard their contents. We recommend that your insure your returns. We
are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Make sure that you write your RA# on the outside
of the package and include a note with your name, address, daytime phone
number and a brief description regarding the return. Refunds will be credited to the
credit card account used for the purchase. For security purposes, we do not retain credit
card information, it may be necessary for us to contact you for credit card refunds.
Your personal information collected during the check out process
is only used for processing your order will never be shared.
You have the option to sign up for our mailing list. This allows us to send
you news of our latest products and discounts codes. You may discontinue
this service at any time by following the un-subscribe information on our
web site or the link in your email, or by contacting us. Your personal information
is always kept confidential. Dillon Rogers will never share customer information
with any outside agency for any reason.
| Availability and pricing:
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical
or programming error, Dillon Rogers will have the right to refuse, cancel
or re-price product or order. The purchaser would be informed by email
or phone if this occurred. Dillon Rogers has the right to limit the number
of items purchased through our web site. Dillon Rogers has the right to
refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been processed
and your credit card charged. In the event that an ordered product becomes
unavailable, Dillon Rogers has the right to cancel the order or item within
the order that is not available. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order, or an item in your order is canceled,
Dillon Rogers will issue the appropriate credit to your credit card account.
If any of the above events occur, every effort will be made to notify the
purchaser in a timely manner.
|International Orders and Shipping:
Dillon Rogers has a trusted partner "International Checkout", to fulfill all
orders for our international customers. Simply add the items you wish to purchase in our
Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option at the time of
checkout (located on the bottom of the shopping cart page). Your items will be transferred
to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, Pay
Pal or bank wire transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing,
shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed
to International Checkout at email@example.com.
Our shopping cart system uses what are called "cookies".
This is a standard practice that places a small file in your "cookie" folder on your
computer. This file keeps track of the contents of your shopping cart when
placing an order with us. This file does not send us ANY information about
you or your computer. If your are using any "cookie" or pop-up
control software or have your browser set to a high security level, you
may have to temporally disable these features for use with our web site.
After the check out process the "cookie" file is automatically removed from

Our web site uses a secure server. Credit card information is only transmitted in a secure encrypted format and
is never sent via email. To ensure maximum security, we do not store credit card information. We follow all federal and local rules of PCI compliance.
|Payment types / Taxes:
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.
Checks and COD’s are not accepted.
California residents and orders shipped within California are subject to
Los Angeles city sales tax of 9.25% .
Dillon Rogers primary business is wholesale. We sell to better quality specialty
